From Partnership to Full Control: How Maksym Krippa’s ARS Capital Is Developing Its Healthcare Business
Out on · revised · 8-minute read
Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa’s holding company, ARS Capital, has consolidated 100% ownership of Age Management System, a company specializing in preventive medicine and personalized health management. The deal was reported by the Abiznes publication. For the holding company, the acquisition continues its investment in a healthcare business in which Krippa had previously become a co-owner.
Full ownership allows ARS Capital to determine the company’s long-term strategy, plan equipment upgrades, and develop its services. Announced priorities include expanding its technological capabilities, supporting mental health, and exploring assistance programs for people who have experienced traumatic events during the war.
The parties have not disclosed the acquisition price or the scale of future investment. However, the transition from a partial stake to sole ownership indicates that healthcare is gaining a distinct place in Maksym Krippa’s investment strategy.
How ARS Capital Moved from Partnership to Full Ownership
The acquisition of Age Management System took place in stages. In March 2026, Maksym Krippa’s involvement in the business associated with the clinic’s founder, Yevhen Shagov, became public. Krippa acquired Maryna Shagova’s stake, which represented 50% of the investment fund. At that stage, Yevhen Shagov retained the other half.
The initial arrangement was therefore a partnership: the investor joined an established business with its own team, medical concept, and client service model. The next step was to bring the entire asset under ARS Capital’s control.
Following the transaction, Yevhen Shagov announced his departure from the project and his intention to focus on new areas of work. Olha But, a physician with a Candidate of Medical Sciences degree and expertise in internal medicine and neurology, became head of the clinic.
For the business, this change marks a shift in decision-making. Strategic matters concerning development, financing, and expansion are now concentrated within a single holding company. Future results will depend on how investment plans align with the medical team’s work and patients’ needs.
The Business Acquired by Maksym Krippa’s Holding Company
Age Management System developed as a clinic focused on long-term health management. Its concept encompasses individual risk assessment, diagnostic testing, consultations, and personalized medical care programs.
The project was founded by Yevhen Shagov, who had previously spent many years working in aesthetic medicine. After moving from Donetsk to Kyiv in 2014, he continued his professional practice in the capital and developed Shagov Aesthetic Medicine. His work on the visible signs of aging subsequently expanded into a broader field: managing health and the factors that affect well-being and quality of life.
According to the company’s own account of its history, the AM System concept took shape in 2018. During its development, the team studied international preventive medicine practices, including approaches used in Japan, the United States, and Europe.
The clinic currently operates at 9 Andriia Verkhohliada Street in Kyiv. Its model involves an ongoing relationship with the patient, from an initial assessment and identification of priorities to follow-up monitoring and adjustments to the care program.
At the heart of this model is age management: addressing age-related changes and health risks. In practice, the company brings together various medical services and patient support tools under this term. Their selection should depend on clinical indications, examination results, and each person’s condition.
For ARS Capital, the acquisition provides an operating business with established processes. Educational and remote products have also developed around the clinic, broadening the ways it interacts with clients.
How AM System Works: From Assessment to Ongoing Care
AM System’s core offering is a long-term medical care program. The clinic uses an annual membership model that combines diagnostic testing, specialist care, and administrative support.
The first stage involves gathering information about the patient’s health. Available services include laboratory testing, metabolic and hormonal assessments, genetic testing, microbiome analysis, and diagnostic examinations using medical equipment. The specific examinations should be selected individually: the clinic’s overall range of services does not mean that every person needs every available test.
The next area involves consultations with relevant specialists and the development of a personalized program. This may address nutrition, physical activity, sleep, the management of existing conditions, and other issues identified through the assessment.
The model requires coordination among several specialists. A personal client manager helps handle inquiries, appointments, and other arrangements. For patients, this provides a coordinated pathway through the clinic; for the company, it enables regular contact throughout the care program.
Procedures and technology-based services form another part of the offering. AM System provides IV therapy—the intravenous administration of medications—as well as treatments using medical devices and biotechnology. Whether such interventions are appropriate requires an individual medical assessment. A procedure’s inclusion in a service list does not, by itself, demonstrate universal benefits or an ability to influence life expectancy.
The team explains its approach through an “Age Management pyramid.” Its foundation consists of personal motivation, health monitoring, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity. Higher levels include supplements, pharmaceutical and hormonal interventions, medical devices, and biotechnology. This is how the company structures its offering and explains the role of individual services within the overall program.
Alongside the clinical business, the company developed AM Academy, an educational platform for age management professionals. It provides online and in-person training. For the company, this activity supports specialist training and the dissemination of its approach.
Another component is AM One, a service involving remote questionnaires, specialist review of the results, and personalized supplement selection. Its related product, NRG BOX, is a customized supplement package assembled from a selection of available ingredients and potentially divided into daytime and evening portions.
The company also reports using artificial intelligence to analyze data and personalize support. Assessing the practical accuracy of such tools requires information about the algorithms and their validation results. Questionnaires remain a means of collecting information and do not replace medical diagnosis.
Together, these activities form a business operating across several formats: in-person consultations, ongoing care, education, and remote products. This is the system that Maksym Krippa’s holding company has brought under its control.
What ARS Capital Plans to Change Following the Acquisition
In its announcement of the ownership consolidation, ARS Capital links AM System’s future development to investment in medical technologies and an expanded range of services. Introducing modern equipment is among the stated priorities.
For a clinical business, upgrading its technical capabilities also requires staff training, proper equipment maintenance, and a clear understanding of how the equipment will be used within medical programs. The impact of investment will therefore need to be assessed through specific changes in the clinic’s operations, access to examinations, and quality of care.
Another announced area is mental health support. The company is considering programs offering professional care and recovery support to people who have experienced war-related trauma, including those living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
For now, these announcements outline intentions. Detailed program content, launch dates, and participation requirements have not been publicly presented. Implementation will require an appropriately qualified team and defined approaches to delivering care.
Explaining the investment, Maksym Krippa describes it as a long-term commitment linked to preserving quality of life, mental health, energy, and the ability to work. He also emphasizes access to services:
“We want modern preventive medicine technologies to gradually become accessible to every Ukrainian.”
The holding company has not yet detailed how it intends to broaden access. This will remain an important consideration when assessing AM System’s future strategy.
Healthcare’s Place in ARS Capital’s Portfolio
ARS Capital brings together Maksym Krippa’s investments across several industries. The businessman’s press office announced the formal establishment of the holding structure in spring 2026. Its main areas included real estate and development, esports, game development, health technologies, and artificial intelligence.
The name ARS Capital conveys the idea of the art of capital management. Its stated management model combines shared strategic priorities with the delegation of operational responsibilities to the teams running individual businesses.
Maksym Krippa is primarily known for his investments in the esports organization NAVI, game developer GSC Game World, and Ukrainian real estate. Properties associated with him include the Parus business center and Hotel Ukraina in Kyiv. These assets operate in different markets and require different kinds of industry expertise.
The acquisition of Age Management System adds a business in which technology is directly combined with medical services. Investment can support equipment purchases, digital product development, and service improvements. At the same time, physicians’ qualifications, clinically justified treatment decisions, and patient trust remain essential.
The annual care model also has its own business rationale. It allows the company to plan client relationships over a longer period and creates a basis for recurring revenue. However, its financial performance cannot be assessed without information on patient numbers, membership renewals, client acquisition costs, and service delivery expenses.
In a broader context, healthcare expands ARS Capital’s presence across industries. For the holding company, this means developing expertise in a sector where long-term business value depends heavily on the quality of everyday work with people.
The Next Stage of Age Management System’s Development
The consolidation of 100% ownership of Age Management System completes Maksym Krippa’s entry into the company and establishes a single center for strategic management. ARS Capital has gained control of a clinic with an established history, team, and several interconnected areas of activity.
The announced investment priorities must now translate into specific decisions: equipment upgrades, service development, mental health support programs, and defined conditions for accessing them. These steps will show how AM System evolves under the holding company’s full ownership.
